? is there a ruling that if a company is broke and suspended is there a time that it must officially stops trading and shuts up shop. otherwise every share holder is left with a holding which they cannot devalue and claim a tax rebate or somebody with a SMS fund delete it from there fund witch a/c shows it is valued at .29.5 cents and also people on a pension are being penalised .what is the answer ?
