Spoke to Michael yesterday afternoon when he called me back. They didn't raise enough $$$ in the offer so it is back to the drawing board. No re listing in the near future though they are exploring another 2-3 options that they have. Apparently there is no need to make an ann to the market hence the reason for not being updated, the prospectus expired without being filled. Nice bloke who was happy to answer my questions for which I thank him.
