Back a few weeks we analysed the meaning of the "interim or reserved" decision. ie the decision that would be released to the participants several days before the decision would be made public.

There could be no reason for a reserved no. I still believe a no would have been a straight announcement. The trading halt in my mind confirms approval. Albeit an approval with conditions. It is the conditions we await good souls.

I hope they are stringent. And I hope they will give the green lobby a win they can live with, because in the end we will need many more permits for continued access. Give us your worst Laurie so we can prove to you we will look after the plateau as best we can and even clean up some acid leaching along the way.
