Transparency is poor and inexcusable for a management that gobbles up around $4-5 million in fees each year. They ought to reveal to the shareholder their valuation methodology including current sales, growth and GP for each investment. That would go a long way in enabling investors to judge better what the sum of parts is worth. As it is, people don't know whether outsized risks are being taken on their behalf.
