The more ECE get diluted the better imho..
My memory serves me pretty well, and ECE entering register was pretty much stop sign for ARU.. essentially Chinese Govt on the board where the main potential customer base is going to be Japanese or US..
One day hopefully ARU will be back to prior strength..
