    We may never know what's really going on behind closed doors however what keeps me from pressing the sell button is....

    CEO stated they would release an announcement to the market when the news became available. (which they have)

    Announcement suggests they have conformation that the money is in transit.

    There is NO mass sell off by insiders and the like that one would expect for a company pending bankruptcy.

    Someone is accumulating.

    Assure Fast Holdings are getting a very good deal.
