Bell Potter released a company update for SFR today.
INITIAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE AT DOOLGUNNA
"SFR has delivered an impressive initial (Phase 1) resource at the exciting high grade Doolgunna copper-gold discovery in WA. The Phase 1 resource includes 372,000 tonnes of copper and is in line with our own estimates. The substantial size ans stunning grade of copper mineralisation stamps Doolgunna as one of the better discoveries made in Australia over the last few years"
They have maintained a Speculative Buy recommendation with a revised target price of $4.00.
"Our assessed value has significant leverage to a stronger outlook for the copper market, with our assessed value increasing to an upside case of $897m ($7.54) if we use a copper price of US$3.30/lb in line with the current spot price."
