I still feel imo that with the upheaval in Broken Hill over increased road useage by mining companies, Pem and their Potosi interests on the outskirts of town and CBH with Rasp in the heart of town will come together, mitigate the residents concerns by combining, offering more prospective jobs and maybe even doing an alternate route to Potosi..... as the die is being cast as we speak of residential power stopping the Pem haulage plan. Watch this space. My opinion only.
