    why are deutsche increasing their holding?
    is it because there is another offer or is it a blocking stake which will only be sold at a premium to the 24c.
    either way its a win-win for deustche bank.
    it matters to the rest of us if there is another offer. and if you accept then,do toho get them for 24c and offload them at the better price? a conundrum emerges.which is the most likely outcome?
