my thinking is that as we get closer to the deadline, Toho will declare the offer unconditional and not worry about getting the whole company. They never really wanted the whole company anyway judging from their earlier 49% proportional offer..
Once that happens, if you accept, you get paid. Until they do that, it is unlikely that they will get too many acceptances.
Judging by the drop in metals prices, I doubt there will be a better offer forthcoming either from Toho or from another party. HOwever I could be wrong.
Jimgritz....maybe you should hold out for a better price. Or better yet, be happy that you're getting half rather than 10c in the dollar which you would have gotten if you sold about this time last year when they were about 5c.
