They get head strong and ahead of themselves, with little or no ability to understand cashflow and financial management.

It would appear ISF is falling the same way - if the banks don't support the refinancing of their short term debt, then I suspect the end is near.

I'd be asking questions about lay offs - and who is getting out before hand - the smart/employable employees (key people). This is what happen when Ansett imploded - the airline was trading profitably until middle/upper management exited which left the airline in turmoil. Front line staff had no communication and top management no idea on operations!

I fear for the worst with ISF, this company is clearly trying to punch above its weight. Its creditors hold the key to survival.
