Are they(ISF) making Profit : Yes
Just little bit less than expected.
IT IS "HEALTHCARE MONOPOLY". KEEPING THE CUSTOMER BASE AND REVENUE IN MIND, ANY SENSIBLE SOFTWARE GIANT WILL BUY THE COMPANY.
