guys dont forget that the wells are 'presumably' still being drilled - fracced - tested - and flowed...

Perhaps they had a great result that changed the asset causing James to re-enter negotiations OR maybe the bidder(s) are waiting on some other flow testing or wireline results and thats why they arent quite yet ready to sign.

I feel that this halt will not last another full two weeks and maybe a deal could still be done within a few days, but thats my guess. DYOR.
