I think you last 2 lines are very pertinant in regards to AZZ.
There is no reason why the azz acrege should be of any less quality or oilbearing than the surrounding land. The difference is in the techniques involved in getting it out.
My money is on Petrohawk buying the AZZ leases. They have been very close to AZZ for a while and are confident that they have the techniques to get max flow rate down pat.
The oil in the AZZ land hasnt just suddenly disappeared.
Getting a bit tedious though isnt it?
