if the bad results were purely a result of poor fraccing techniques being employed then there is no reason why AZZ shouldn't receive full value for their lease in line with recent transactions in the EFS i.e. any one that operates in the area will pick up on it immediately
however the above assumes the sale process is cometitive also, otherwise there is potential for a low ball bid to be successful
at the end of the day AZZ is stuck between a rock and hard place and bidders potentially have the upper hand ....AZZ don't have the funds to develop the acreage further and their future is tied to a successful sale, well at their share price
