Hey Chand, yes that paragraph does say a lot but I don't like the one in the ASX announcement

"The company currently expects that by the 30th November, 2010 it will be in a position either to enter into a formal, binding contract with one of the shortlisted purchasers, or withdraw from the divestment process",

This does not make me feel warm and fuzzy.

The one thing that gives me hope is that JC (or his father) have a lot of money tied up in this company and it is to their benefit that this works out well.
