It depends on how many investors in the class action (whether current or former holders of OZL)and their average loss.

I lost around $40,000; some investors would have lost far more. Probably, many investors lost amounts in the order of $10,000 or $20,000.

If you assume around 20,000 investors losing $20,000, that alone could be $400 million.

I have written to OZL in respect of getting clarification, as I would like to buy OZL, but I do not know a fair price.
