Until the deal isnt finalized they dont have to make a anns to the market, though they have made us aware of change of control... etc
Theres so much uncertantity for holders, and remember the markets hate uncertantity, therefor GDO got punished and will be punished further until uncertantity remains....
If the Chinese walk away or talks break down, so will the Rand Uranium deal....
Time will tell all....
