    With oip owning up to 25% of the action in some of esg,s drillholes why hasent santos taken out oip at its current low price and especially since oip has only 155mil shares 7 mil in cash and other prospective csg permitin northern nsw? What is going on in these areas? Do the new nsw mining regulations have something to do with all of this.
