I think it's JVA based purely on a hunch, IK options expire 31st of December, calcifer settlement is out of his control but JVA is not, chairman and secretary and loyal shareholders are fully loaded with free oppies, the CR had an extreme sense of urgency which felt like management wanted this done at all costs to get it done by a deadline, what better motivation to complete everything is there than money and we know they are not getting very much from their paychecks.
IK is away right now on Xmas holiday, JV talks gave been very hush hush for months now, it is so unlikely it will happen tomorrow that to me it is almost plausible. I will be following up on my hunch tomorrow, but either way to me it is not a gamble because if it is calcifer settling that's good news, if it is an insider buying that is good news, if it is just market realisation that MNM is undervalued greatly that is good news.
