I contacted the liquidator office days ago, and was told that the office was in the process of preparing a update to the creditors. So, creditors will get the update soon.


One thing very weird is that the settlement amount is still kept confidential. But if the payment is mad to note holders and balance sheet released, people can get the settlement amount easily. the time for this to happen is in March according to the last creditor update. So, what is the point of keeping the settlement amount confidential?


Is it possible for note holders to also get an offer from the BBIPL for a final settlement?
