This guy is a consultant, so no doubt he gets paid very handsomely for this. The fact that he is a director of this company with a fiduciary duty to shareholders should be suffucient to " align his interests" but, as usual, thats not enough...He has to gorge himself on the generosity of his fellow Directors, all the while making it harder for the other owners of this company to get ahead
As you have said, if they perform, reward them by all means...but do we get a bonus at work before we deliver?..of course not
there is a poisonous greed running through this market...and what it does is detract investor attention away from what could be a potentially successful company to one which is the subject of suspicion
