Having 4 exec directors (assuming the Chairman is exec) is excessive for an Exploration company this size.
Out of all of them, I fail to see why Scott Funston, a mere accountant, holds an executive position - especially considering there is yet another joint secretary.
On the flipside, it's great to see at least two of the directors actually reside in Brazil and speak Portugese.
