Hey poet...good post...funny thing is, Col's another cornish miner like TP...they are a methodical bunch...my ancestry comes from there also, so I know em well...they don't do things out of order...lol...so I am making similiar assumptions to you and will vote for his option package to be granted... "not out of generosity", but for more practical reasons...i.e. lets get him on the job and get it up and running asap...
