what is going on

The owendale announcement was made on the 11th of Sept
The share price did not move at all.
A boardroom radio talk with Mr Mosig was done on the 13th of Sept and in it he stated he was overseas.
NOW on the 17th of Sept we start to see a rise in the share price - almost a week after the announcement was made. Did all of a sudden everyone get excited about Owendale or can I jump to conclusions.

Conclusion 1 - Rob is overseas looking to sell something (scandium, skaergard, Platina), as with all small mining stocks their is no such thing as confidentiality, and a deal has been done or is on the cards in which all the mates know about and as such have been doing bits of buying to make a quick buck.

Conclusion 2 - NEED to raise cash. All the mates of Platina are buying the stock, forcing the price up to do a cap raising to suck in all the little people to be released of all their hard earned cash only to be let down again in the future when the share price falls due to mismanagement (Where does all this pessimism come from)

Who knows what is going on??
