what is going on?

The Yeeda website is still saying extended to 24th September. As it is now 25th September does that mean the offer is closed or withdrawn? Cannot extend what is not alive. Noticed also the Prospectus has the two farm-in agreements in place only until 30 September - in the absence of re-agreement. So, unless the paperwork is done and announced soon, it seems the game is over. Also seems David Archibald will need to give back any shekels garnered to date, and possibly avoid those who put in the seed capital for a while. The detail of his services agreement with Yeeda is not spelt out enough in the Prospectus to determine whether he gets a severance payment (shades of Oilex), which would really start to excite the seed capital contributors as they reach for a stiff whisky in Black Tom's!
