I have taken your advice and reviewed the AGM prez.

I find that the prez material only adds to my concern as follows:

1. If the performance measurement is applied to the full tenure of the leadership,it is negative 50% . Compared to the Australian All Ordinaries performance of some plus 25% over the same period and it's closest competitor by size and work type Brierty (ASX:BYL ) some plus 42% over the same period. This leadership team came into being at a time of corporate change which was meant to be better for shareholders?

2. It's diversification strategy into government work appears to currently be for one contract in which it is working as a subcontractor.

3. It's board does not appear to have deep construction business experience and does not seem to have a clear independence in the majority.....it's size and experience appears light.. for a business of this nature.

4. It's executive overhead / corporate structure seems heavy for it's size and divisionalisation.

5. It's diversification strategy is only into "low barrier to entry" .
