    I for one think this company has slipped under the rader and is subject to current forward sentiment in this sector.
    It's trading on a low p/e, and SP is at current book value. I don't think anyone could complain about its latest revenue and earnings, and the govt. contract actually gives me great confidence to me in their ability to win tender.
