T-bonds soared a few week ago and silver didn’t!

This precious metal season (September to February), so far has been weak and as such imo silver may fall out of bed again, in the first half of the year, as it did in the first half of last year.

However in the second half of the year, it should recover and the silver bull market should resume!

Imo, in the short to medium term the ceiling for the price of silver should be in the low 20's.

imo, with qe continuing, relatively strong us exports, lackluster oil price, positive outlook for stocks
and the usd holding up pretty well, silver will under preform in the first half of the year.

Once fiscal issues have been resolved, things will continue, as before!

apart from manipulation, here's another reason why silver has had a slow meltdown!
