CR makes liquidity, 40M odd new shares on the market and its also a weigh point were some holders get impatient and sell.
There always seems to be a tendancy for SP to fall to (or close to) the CR price (21c) no matter how deeply its discounted. It can be caused by ppl that don't want anymore shares selling there CR entitlement on market. If SP is above CR they buy their entitlement and sell on market or sell from their existing and buy back there entitlement at 21c to keep there shares at the same number (although slightly diluted in % hold).
