Two years seems a stretch for all the deal when they haven't got to phase 2 yet i believe for the Boehringer deal , this >$750M deal is for two indications FDA approved ( Total potential payments to approval for 2 indications: €418.5m (~A$600m) plus Earn-out payments on annual net sales.
The price rise could be insiders aware of a upcoming start to phase 2 where PXS will receive a milestone payment . Anyone aware of how many patients and time frame for phase 2 when it starts.
