There was a bit of accumulation going on with the big boys recently on low volume, they were picking up dribs and drabs of shares, I donated them a few unfortunately but not many luckily. Maybe they've got their quoter and have just let the breaks off. From memory they were getting up on the limit they can have. Maybe someone that follows it a little closer can elaborate on it a little more.
