What is going on??

Under all ASX and ASIC rules, no resigning director can sell their shares under 3 days minimum
after exit.
Additionally, there is clearly privileged information, a very big NO!! No sales until FULL disclosure.
This has clearly not been given to date.
The current MD is "guessing" that the retiring MD sold, but does not have a 605 notice?
I believe that the selling assumption is incorrect.
My analysis, and guess, is that, understandably, after a brutish announcement about the resignation
of the MD and the Chairman, with NO explanation at all, there were plenty racing to the door. I do
not believe that Goodwin was one. He would put himself in a place with vertical bars in the window if he did.

Which brings me to a big concern. Does the incumbent MD have any corporate governance sense at all?

Having said that, where is the technical report, or more to the point, when will it be provided??
