Yes, like you I held out through SAR's glorious moments this year and watched as all gains quickly evaporated. It got to the stage where I just had enough and as the fear factor set in I exited in the high nineties.
I'm back in again because i feel the company is well managed - have a plan and have stuck to it to achieve mid tier status, managed risk takers (investing in exploration, prudent (hedging) and have a bright future if POG behaves itself.
Having said that, SAR seems to get clobbered on the first sniff of bad news and I am thinking management needs to ramp up the self promotion a tad.
I am looking to accumulate as the share is ticking up again.
