I'm unsure how VA could help in the current situation BM. The administrator I think would just put it back in the hands of the creditors. At the end of the day, the situation is still the same...the money has been lent for infrastructure and the resource is in the ground, but has to come out. The other alternative from the VA would be liquidation, which would be sheer madness and certainly not what any lender would want. At the end of the day, we are in some ways lucky in that the only way creditors can get there money back as I see it is to have a working mine.
