thanks for that mate, was lead here by a mate on Twitter. Just performing my general DD and it looks excellent. Thank you for your excellent insight definitely weights a great deal with new investors looking at the project, a very logical approach.

I've earmarked Zinc and Nickle as one of the rare earths whose demand will increase in the next half of the year. Do not have a valuable source but just a hunch that this is what is coming with a steadily rising EV boom, Lithium Index LIT has confirmed a positive reversal only in the last week or two, other rare earths that are down are bound to follow.

Anyway I am watching and waiting for the bottom here, and will be thrilled to join everyone who holds on here. Matter of timing now.
