What do they have without gridcomm? The clearly have no money a no assets not a small share register. Its a expensive shell! For that money
There are shells trading over $5m.
1. Check the percentage of holdings current holders will have if gridcomm lists.
2. Consider the CR at 20c(premium to gridcomm SHs SP). But nearly a 40% discount to our SP.
3. IPO at 20c with our avg at 34c and above. It'll depend on market sentiment to take this to 34c.
4. Consider odn listed as an explorer with a CR and an acquisition in good market conditions. EV will still be $3m. We can participate in that raising too and actually benefit from it.
