Alex will have a plan B but no need to execute yet.
I am not sure of the full details of the MOU but there must have been some clauses for both parties to terminate. I know this sounds hard to believe but it is possible that Alex is the one who does not want to terminate. Just remember, while Gridcomm are busy trying to generate revenue it is at their cost. So if Gridcomm do get some decent contracts and the company is viable and can list with the ASX, then it must be through ODN!
