    Spot on Tibbs.

    This stock reminds me of BLR when it seemed to get stuck in the low 7 cents. Volume was very low yet impatient sellers still kept dumping and dragged the price lower.

    All we need is a few big orders to get the price going in the right direction and then its liftoff. I suspect this will be sometime next week.
