URA ETF which used to hold Silex is rebalancing to be 70% uranium focused, maybe they will add Silex back.
Also I saw this interesting interview with uranium industry insider Dustin Garrow where he talks about Russian SWU. Russians have deliberately cornered the SWU market aiming for 40% of US utilities SWU, a situation many US politicians find untenable. This is a political issue being discussed in the USA, the Russian Suspension Agreement. If there's a leak its probably government discussions.
