Downramping is one thing but lets face it there is massive sellers and no buyers.The market doesnt think INL will survive, that is obvious.No instos buying, the ones in can't get out now.Whichever way you look at it it's not good.If Zinc goes down to the 70's, easily possible after the big drop recently INL can't be profitable.
