I can tell you all now that 90% of the cultivators are casuals...

I can tell you all now that 90% of the cultivators are casuals who only get paid slightly above the base horticulture award even though most of them hold bachelor degrees or higher. They don't get any weekend loading and they get treated like robots and are not paid any respect by the company. They haven't had any pay rise for over 2 years while the executive team has been receiving pay rises. The way this company treats its boots on the ground is deplorable.
