I have been in on this share since IPO. I really don't think we are going to see much more than $7.50 to $9.50 range until there is some significant progress on:
1. Power Station Deal is closed - for the thermal coal;
2. Delivery to Port logistics are solved - The best option will be if RIV came get the ' barging down the Zambize River' up. It will cost almost a 1/3 of the rail cost to port. There will also be less competition and hassle with VALE for capacity on the rail line; or
3. A Takeover bid appears...
The resource has just been pushed up by 58% with NO relection in the share price...and we all know that that is ridiculous!
When you look at it, the company has the RESOURCE; the right PARTNERS; very experienced MANAGEMENT; and CASH in the bank. They have got to either progress to mining phase, or get taken over.
I just don't see the SP moving in the short term.
