Yeah I wonder sometimes if management have anything between the ears. The consolidation was going to bring the sp down dramatically unless there was a plan in place where by the move was warranted. So far no news ...sp down and dilution will be greater because of it with the next C/R....wash rinse repeat. When and if MGT goes into production shares wont be worth holding....only ones making a profit will be the BOD. Typical penny stock on the asx.
