Certainly. PW may know that 2025 is when everything will come together and the stock will take off. He could keep it off the radar for now, collect all the shares he can, and then profit massively at the right time. Is this unethical? Yes! Is it provable? No!
What does he have, 3.4 million shares? If the company was a sham he would have sold at $40, even if it pushed the share price down $15 points when he did. There is obviously value to be recognized as he holds steady. The question is will anyone but him actually benefit in the end?
