What happened today might not be indicative since the panic re-visited us after a while. However, it is apparent a second round of Capital Raisings and GMG is, without a doubt, a great candidate for that (I’m not saying they’re raising capital for sure). My concern as a potential investor is what are their real plans if the decide to raise the capital, just covering debt covenants and cleaning balance sheet seems not to be enough and even when there’s some optimism out there I can’t see what else they’re willing to do. I’m happy to wait in the sidelines and miss maybe 10% or 15% upward trend if in the long term it gets stabilised. Two months ago I thought it was “once in a lifetime” opportunity, now, I’m not that sure.
