Definitely food for thought. I'm left thinking if PyBar think they can buy UML and make a go of it,why are our directors so quick to jump at this offer, and don't think they could do the same. I realise if someone makes an offer to buy they are obligated to pass on details to the share holders. (Which is what they did) however advising us to sell I would have thought was illegal.
Simply put the offer out there, continue working for the shareholder, do there job take the company forward. They don't work for PyBar they work for us the shareholder. Also are they still working on the Gov to get Dragus up and running? Where are the drilling results. Has everything just come to a halt? I'm sure they still collect there pay cheques.
