    they bought a dud with dargues and are only admitting it now. sold off half the company then and selling the rest now. the company is still only being valued for cash and assets meaning the gold in ground at dargues is being valued at zilch. i'll take the offer because i don't trust these incompetent fools to carry the company forward.
