    I agree with what some of the others have said. If we vote No, the board will be unhappy because it is not what they want and they won't have any motivation to run the company properly.

    Best to vote Yes, it is what the board recommend us to do, if No goes through the share price will just drop again. I do not see any upside to voting No except eventually losing all my money.

    So I am voting Yes.
