I think your guess was right on 02/12/15 emanon069, they where keeping the price low. I don't think they keeping the price low they giving it away PYBAR pays 1.9 cents for each share they currently have i e 13.69% of the company at list that is what they telling everyone they all ready got .5 of a cent for the last capital return for each share they had, now they getting an other 1 cent as capital return 1.9- 1.5= .4 they paying .4 of a cent for 13.69% of UML only what is in for the board of directors?? I think they going to keep the share price low so this thing gets voted in April next year??? VOTE NOOOO.
